CAN'T GET IT TO PLAY?

There could be several reasons for this.
  1. If your computer is 'older' it may have no audio card and no speaker(s).
  2. Your speaker(s) may be turned OFF or the volume set too low.
  3. You may not have an MP3 (Audio) Player installed on your system.
  4. Your audio card and/or speaker(s) may not be functioning correctly.
In other words, time for some First Aid!
If you want to be able to enjoy music and other sound effects, this could be the right time to investigate the problem.
First - eliminate numbers 1 & 2 above as possible causes.
Second - still no joy?  Download one of the many MP3 Players that are available FREE on the Internet.  And don't let 'downloading' scare you; it has become much easier than it once was.  Really.
Some of the more popular players are:
Windows Media Player
UltraPlayer
WinAmp
